Direct Primary Care is a membership model that provides access to primary care for a monthly fee, without billing health insurance for covered membership services. 

At One Health Wellness, your membership includes unlimited primary care visits during your active membership month, either in-person or virtually when appropriate. Longer appointments allow time to discuss your concerns and develop a plan together. 

Membership is not health insurance. Services outside the membership, such as specialist visits, emergency care, and hospital care, are separate. In-office laboratory services are also available at an additional fee.

Whether you have a new concern or need ongoing support, primary care helps you stay connected to your health. 

Your care may include:

• Evaluation of common illnesses and new symptoms.
• Management of ongoing conditions, such as high blood pressure or diabetes.
• Medication review and management
• Preventative care and recommended screening discussions
• Appropriate laboratory testing (in-office services available)
• Referrals to specialists when needed

Some concerns require an in-person examination or care outside our office. We will help you understand the appropriate next step. 

Membership is available month to month or for the year. We do not bill insurance for membership services. 

We also offer access to affordable laboratory testing. View current membership pricing and details about services, laboratory fees, and medication costs.  Some low cost medications available for dispensing from the office.
